5. How to File a DMCA Notice

6. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

1. Review the notice for completeness and validity
2. Take appropriate action, which may include:

   • Notifying the alleged infringer
3. Respond to you within 1-3 business days acknowledging receipt
4. Take action within 5-7 business days if the notice is valid

7. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification.

Counter-Notice Requirements:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email
5. A statement consenting to jurisdiction in your district
6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant

8. Repeat Infringer Policy
